provides a secure portal to allow recording and reporting
on required document, financial and visit information.
Document information consists of:
- Type of document,
- The author,
- When it was received,
- When it will expire
- And an option for uploading the document onto the eClinicalSOS
server for storage.
Financial information consists of:
- storing a debit or credit item for a study
- categorizing it as necessary,
- And displaying the financial information in an easily
readable grid with standard selections of 30, 60, 90
days, both historical and speculative.
Visit information allows entering the date of visits per
patient in an easily viewable grid. In order to support
the key features of eClinicalSOS,
there are administrative maintenance forms that allow creating
and updating required documents, financial categories, membership
and membership roles, patients, visits and forms. Also included
in the administrative option is the ability to set up new
studies.
